In accordance with Government of India (GoI) guidelines, Bilaspur Municipal Corporation established Bilaspur Smart City Limited (BSCL) as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).

BSCL manages end-to-end processes for vendor selection, project implementation, and operationalization of smart city initiatives. Through innovative solutions, BSCL aims to enhance the quality of life for citizens, improve urban infrastructure, and foster sustainable development in Bilaspur.
